Super disappointed. This bag seemed sturdy and well made. The handles have a nice drop and are comfortable. However, after a few months of light use, it’s ripping apart at the seam. Contacted customer service with no reply. Afraid to use it now for fear of ripping even more. Would love a replacement because I really do like this bag.
